🍤 Creamy Garlic Shrimp with Spinach & Tomatoes
🧾 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)
500 g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1 tsp Italian seasoning (or mixed herbs)
👩🍳 Instructions
Season the shrimp
Toss shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cook the shrimp
Heat oil/butter in a pan over medium heat.
Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
Remove and set aside.
Make the base
In the same pan, sauté garlic for about 30 seconds.
Add cherry tomatoes and cook until slightly softened.
Add spinach
Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
Create the creamy sauce
Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes.
Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Bring it all together
Return shrimp to the pan and coat with the sauce.
Cook another 1–2 minutes.
