🍋 Homemade Lemon Powder (Easy & Powerful Flavor Boost)

4–6 fresh lemons (preferably organic)

- Wash & Peel
Wash lemons thoroughly (especially important if not organic).
Use a zester or peeler to remove the yellow outer peel only (avoid the white bitter part). - Dry the Peels
You have 3 options:
Air-dry:
Spread peels on a plate and leave in a dry place for 2–4 days.
Oven method (faster):
Bake at low temperature (70–90°C) for 1–2 hours until fully dry.
Dehydrator:
Dry at 45–50°C for about 4–6 hours.
👉 Peels should be completely dry and brittle. - Grind into Powder
Use a blender, spice grinder, or mortar & pestle.
Grind until you get a fine powder. - Store
Keep in an airtight jar.
Store in a cool, dry place (lasts up to 6 months or more).
