3 eggs
3 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
1/4 tsp cream of tartar (or a pinch of salt)

👩‍🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Separate eggs – yolks in one bowl, whites in another.
Mix yolks + cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Beat egg whites + cream of tartar until stiff peaks form (very important for fluffiness).
Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture (don’t overmix!).
Spoon into small rounds on the tray.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and set.
