🛒 Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 ¼ tsp (1 packet) active dry yeast
1 cup warm milk (not hot)
3 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp butter (melted) + extra for brushing
1 egg
1 tsp salt

Activate yeast
In a bowl, mix warm milk + sugar + yeast.
Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
Make the dough
Add melted butter, egg, and salt.
Gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
Knead
Knead for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
First rise
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours (until doubled).
Shape rolls
Divide into small balls and place in a greased baking dish.
Second rise
Cover and let rise again for 30–40 minutes.
Bake
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until golden.
Butter finish (important!)
Brush generously with warm butter right after baking.
