🍗 Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken
🛒 Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts (or thighs)
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper (to taste)
1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions:
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and sear the chicken for about 5–6 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
Pour in the chicken broth and cream, then stir well.
Add Parmesan cheese and let the sauce simmer until slightly thick.
Return the chicken to the pan and coat it in the sauce.
Simmer for another 5–7 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
Sprinkle parsley on top and serve warm.
