🧾 Ingredients
1 cup (225g) butter, melted
2 cups (400g) sugar
4 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
1 cup (90g) unsweetened cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup (175g) chocolate chips (optional but recommended)

Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease or line a baking pan (9×13 inch).
In a bowl, whisk together melted butter + sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla.
Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until just combined (don’t overmix).
Fold in chocolate chips if using.
Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
Bake 25–30 minutes (center should be slightly soft for fudgy texture).
Let cool before cutting (this makes them set perfectly).
