2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp vinegar (white or apple cider)
1 tsp ginger (optional, grated)
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry, for thickening)

  1. Prep the ribs

    Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs (for tenderness)
    Season ribs with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder

  3. Make the sauce
    In a saucepan, combine:
