🍽️ Ingredients:
3 large onions (white or red)
2–3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
Optional: thyme or oregano
👨‍🍳 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Slice onions into thick rounds or wedges.
In a bowl, mix:
Olive oil
Honey
Garlic
Salt & pepper
Coat the onions evenly with the mixture.
Spread on a baking tray (single layer).
Roast for 25–30 minutes until soft and caramelized.
Sprinkle herbs if using, and serve warm.
