Honey Garlic Roasted Onions (Healthy & Flavorful)
π½οΈ Ingredients:
3 large onions (white or red)
2β3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp black pepper
Β½ tsp salt
Optional: thyme or oregano
π¨βπ³ Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).
Slice onions into thick rounds or wedges.
In a bowl, mix:
Olive oil
Honey
Garlic
Salt & pepper
Coat the onions evenly with the mixture.
Spread on a baking tray (single layer).
Roast for 25β30 minutes until soft and caramelized.
Sprinkle herbs if using, and serve warm.
