🧀 Creamy Crockpot Chicken with Cream Cheese
🛒 Ingredients
2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 block (200–250 g) cream cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or 1–2 tbsp homemade mix)
1 can (about 300 g) cream of chicken soup
½ cup chicken broth (or water)
Optional: garlic (2 cloves, minced), black pepper, chopped parsley
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Place chicken
Put the raw chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Add seasoning & soup
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken, then pour in the cream of chicken soup and broth.
Add cream cheese
Place the block of cream cheese right on top (no need to cut it).
Cook
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Shred & mix
Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir everything together until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
