π§ Creamy Crockpot Chicken with Cream Cheese
π Ingredients
2β3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 block (200β250 g) cream cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or 1β2 tbsp homemade mix)
1 can (about 300 g) cream of chicken soup
Β½ cup chicken broth (or water)
Optional: garlic (2 cloves, minced), black pepper, chopped parsley
π©βπ³ Instructions
Place chicken
Put the raw chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Add seasoning & soup
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken, then pour in the cream of chicken soup and broth.
Add cream cheese
Place the block of cream cheese right on top (no need to cut it).
Cook
Low: 6β7 hours
High: 3β4 hours
Shred & mix
Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir everything together until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
