🥔 Creamy Slow Cooker Mushroom Potatoes
🛒 Ingredients
5–6 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 can (about 300g) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar works great)
1 small onion, thinly sliced
½ cup milk
Salt and black pepper to taste

Prep the slow cooker
Lightly grease the inside with butter or oil.
Layer the potatoes
Place a layer of sliced potatoes on the bottom.
Add flavor
Top with some onion slices, a sprinkle of cheese, salt, and pepper.
Repeat layers
Keep layering potatoes, onions, and cheese until everything is used.
Mix the sauce
In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and milk. Stir until smooth.
Pour over
Pour the mixture evenly over the potatoes.
Cook
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Until potatoes are tender and creamy.
Serve
Let sit for 5–10 minutes before serving so it thickens slightly.
