🧾 Ingredients:
1 large head of cauliflower (cut into florets)
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika (smoked paprika is even better!)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Optional: 2–3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (for extra crispiness)
Optional: fresh parsley or lemon juice for serving
🔥 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Prepare cauliflower
Wash and cut into medium-sized florets. Pat them dry (this helps crispiness).
Season
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Add Parmesan if using.
Arrange on tray
Spread florets in a single layer on a baking sheet. Don’t overcrowd (very important for crispiness!).
Roast
Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
Finish & serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley or a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavor.
💡 Tips for extra crispiness:
Use high heat (don’t lower it)
Make sure cauliflower is dry before roasting
Don’t overcrowd the pan
Use a metal baking tray for better browning
