🍫 Michigan Rocks Recipe
đź§ľ Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup sugar
½ cup milk
½ cup butter (or margarine)
ÂĽ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Boil the base
In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, cocoa, and salt.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Let it boil for about 1–2 minutes.
Add peanut butter & vanilla
Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
Mix in oats
Add oats and mix well until everything is coated.
Shape into “rocks”
Drop spoonfuls onto parchment paper or a tray.
Let them cool and set (about 20–30 minutes).

If you want them softer, reduce boiling time slightly.
For extra flavor, add coconut or chopped nuts.
They don’t need baking—super easy!
