🛒 Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower (cut into florets)
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika (or smoked paprika for extra flavor)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp grated cheese (optional, but recommended)
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for freshness)
👨‍🍳 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F).
Prep the cauliflower
Wash and cut into bite-sized florets. Dry them well (this helps crispiness!).
Season
In a bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic. Mix well so everything is coated.
Roast
Spread on a baking tray in a single layer.
