π§ 5-Minute Soft Cupcake (Microwave or Quick Bake)

4 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp oil (vegetable or sunflower)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: chocolate chips or a pinch of cocoa powder

Option 1: Microwave (fastest β 2β3 minutes)
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth (no lumps).
Pour into microwave-safe cups or molds (fill halfway).
Microwave for 1Β½β2 minutes until risen and set.
Option 2: Oven (better texture β ~10 minutes)
Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
Mix everything as above.
Pour into cupcake liners.
Bake for 8β10 minutes until lightly golden.
