๐Ÿ“ Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp olive oil (or butter)
250 g mushrooms, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp vinegar (apple cider or white)
Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish

Season the chicken
Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides.
Sear the chicken
Heat ุงู„ุฒูŠุช (oil) in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for about 5โ€“6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Cook the mushrooms
In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed. Sautรฉ mushrooms until browned and tender (about 5 minutes).
Add garlic
Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Make the sauce
In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, vinegar, water, and cornstarch.
Combine everything
Pour the sauce into the pan. Stir well and let it simmer until it thickens (2โ€“3 minutes).
Return chicken to pan
Add the chicken back, coat it in the sauce, and cook for another 2โ€“3 minutes.
Serve
Garnish with parsley or green onions. Serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or bread.
