🍞 Dough:
3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 ¼ tsp (1 packet) instant yeast
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
¾ cup warm milk (not hot)

1 egg
🍑 Peach Filling:
1 ½ cups fresh or canned peaches (drained & diced)
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp butter, softened
1 tbsp cornstarch (helps thicken juices)

½ cup flour
⅓ cup brown sugar
¼ cup cold butter (cubed)
½ tsp cinnamon

1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp milk or cream

- Make the Dough
In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy.
