🌿 Turmeric Ginger Honey Lemon Drink
🧾 Ingredients
1 cup hot water (not boiling)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (or 1 tsp fresh grated turmeric)
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp ginger powder)
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp raw honey (adjust to taste)

Heat water until hot but not boiling.
Add turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon to the water.
Stir well and let it steep for 3–5 minutes.
Add lemon juice.
Let it cool slightly, then stir in raw honey (to preserve its benefits).
Mix well and drink warm.
💡 Tips
Add a pinch of black pepper to boost turmeric absorption.
Drink in the morning or before bed.
You can strain it if using fresh grated ingredients.
