🌿 Oregano Herbal Tea Recipe
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon dried oregano (or 3–4 fresh leaves)
1 cup hot water
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
A squeeze of lemon (optional)
Instructions:
Boil water and pour it over the oregano.
Cover and let it steep for 5–10 minutes.
Strain the leaves.
Add honey or lemon if you like.
Drink warm, 1–2 times per day.
