500 g ground beef
1 medium head cauliflower (cut into small florets)
1 can (300–400 ml) cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
1–1Β½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven
Set to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
Cook the cauliflower
Boil or steam florets for 5–7 minutes until slightly tender.
Drain well and set aside.
Cook the beef
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Drain excess fat.
Combine everything
Add the cooked cauliflower to the beef.

Add cheese & bake
