Ingredients
1 large cucumber (peeled and sliced)
2โ€“3 lemons (juiced)
2โ€“3 cups cold water
1โ€“2 tablespoons honey or a natural sweetener (optional)
A few fresh mint leaves (optional, but great!)
Ice cubes
Instructions
Blend the cucumber
Add sliced cucumber and 1 cup of water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Strain (optional)
Pour through a sieve if you prefer a smoother drink.
Add lemon juice
Mix in freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Sweeten (optional)
Add honey or your preferred sweetener to taste.
Dilute & chill
Add remaining water and stir well. Serve over ice.
