🥖 Ingredients:
2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup heavy cream (full-fat)
2 tablespoons melted butter (plus extra for brushing)

Preheat oven

Mix dough
In a bowl, combine the self-rising flour and heavy cream.
Stir until a soft dough forms (don’t overmix).
Shape

Add butter
Drizzle or brush the melted butter over the top.
Bake
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden on top.
Finish
Brush with a little more butter right after baking for that soft, rich finish.

No self-rising flour? Mix:
2 cups flour + 3 tsp baking powder + ½ tsp salt
Want extra flavor? Add a pinch of garlic powder or a little sugar.
