500 g – 800 g pork (pork shoulder, ribs, or pork belly work best)
1 cup sweet soy sauce (or regular soy sauce + 2–3 tbsp sugar or honey)
1 can (330 ml) cola (like Coca-Cola)

Prepare the pork
Cut the pork into medium chunks (or leave ribs whole).
Combine everything
Place pork in a pot or deep pan.
Pour in the cola and soy sauce.
Cook low and slow
Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low.
Let it simmer uncovered for about 45–60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Reduce to sticky glaze
As the liquid reduces, it will thicken into a rich, glossy sauce.
Keep cooking until the pork is tender and coated in a sticky glaze.
Serve
Serve hot with rice or bread to soak up that sweet-savory sauce.

For extra flavor, you can add garlic or ginger (optional, not part of the original 3 ingredients).
