2 eggs
100 g sugar (½ cup)
1 packet vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
120 ml milk (½ cup)
80 ml oil (â…“ cup, any neutral oil)
180 g flour (1½ cups)
1 tbsp baking powder
Pinch of salt

Preheat your pan
If using oven: 180°C (350°F)
Or use a stovetop pan with lid (low heat)
Mix eggs + sugar
Whisk until light and slightly fluffy (about 1–2 minutes)
Add liquids
Stir in milk, oil, and vanilla
Add dry ingredients
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt, then combine into batter
👉 Don’t overmix—just until smooth
Pour into pan
Grease a small pan or baking dish
Cook
Oven: 20–25 minutes
Stovetop: cover and cook on very low heat for ~15 minutes
Check doneness
Toothpick should come out clean
