🍎 10-Minute Apple “Pie” (3 Apples)
🧾 Ingredients:
3 apples (peeled and thinly sliced)
2 eggs
100 g sugar (about ½ cup)
100 ml milk (about ½ cup)
120 g flour (about 1 cup)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon (optional but recommended)
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp butter (for greasing)
⚡ Instructions:
Prep the apples
Peel and slice the apples thinly. Set aside.
Mix the batter
In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until smooth.
Add milk and mix again.
Add dry ingredients
Stir in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until you get a smooth batter.
Combine
Add the sliced apples and mix so they’re fully coated.
Cook (fast method)
Heat a non-stick pan on low heat and grease with butter.
Pour the mixture in and spread evenly.
Cover with a lid and cook for 5–6 minutes.
Flip carefully (like a big pancake) and cook another 4–5 minutes.
🍰 Result:
Soft, slightly custardy inside with tender apples and a lightly golden crust—like a mix between apple pie and cake 😍
✨ Tips:
Sprinkle a little sugar on top before flipping for a caramelized finish
Add raisins or chopped nuts if you want extra texture
Serve warm with yogurt or a drizzle of honey
