Slow Cooker Creamy Italian Chicken 🍗🧀
A rich, creamy, and super easy dinner with tender chicken and an irresistible sauce!
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet Italian dressing mix (dry seasoning packet)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chicken broth (optional, for thinner sauce)
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the Italian dressing mix evenly over the chicken.
Add the cream of chicken soup on top.
Cut the cream cheese into cubes and place over everything.
Cover and cook:
LOW for 6–7 hours
or
HIGH for 3–4 hours
About 30 minutes before serving, stir the sauce well until smooth and creamy. If needed, add chicken broth to thin the sauce.
Serve over:
rice
pasta
mashed potatoes
egg noodles
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Tip
You can also add mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor.
