Turmeric, Ginger, Cinnamon, Lemon Juice & Raw Honey Wellness Drink
Ingredients
2 cups water
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger (or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger)
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric (or 1 teaspoon fresh grated turmeric)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon raw honey (adjust to taste)
Instructions
Bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil.
Add the ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon.
Reduce heat and let it simmer for 8–10 minutes.
Remove from heat and strain if using fresh ginger/turmeric.
Let it cool slightly for 2–3 minutes.
Stir in the lemon juice and raw honey (add honey after cooling slightly to preserve its natural benefits).
Serve warm and enjoy.
Optional Add-Ins
A pinch of black pepper (helps turmeric absorption)
A few mint leaves for freshness
Apple cider vinegar for extra tang
How to Drink
Best enjoyed in the morning on an empty stomach
Or in the evening as a soothing warm drink
