Cloud Cake (Blender Cake)
Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
Powdered sugar (optional, for topping)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
In a blender, add the eggs, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla. Blend for 2 minutes until smooth.
Add the flour and salt, then blend again briefly until combined.
Add the baking powder and pulse gently just a few times (do not overmix).
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let it cool slightly, then remove from the pan.
Dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve.
