Zero-Carb Flourless Quick Bread (Low-Carb & Easy)
Ingredients
4 large eggs
1 cup cream cheese (softened)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Line a loaf pan or small baking dish with parchment paper.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add mozzarella, Parmesan, baking powder, salt, and optional seasonings.
Mix everything well until fully combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
