Easy Crockpot Pantry Chicken
Ingredients
4 frozen chicken breasts
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
Optional: chopped parsley or shredded cheddar for topping
Instructions
Place the frozen chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
Add the cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, and chicken broth on top.
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 4 hours.
Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir everything together until creamy and smooth.
Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, pasta, or with warm bread.
Tip
For extra flavor, add a little garlic powder or a handful of cooked bacon bits before serving.
