Slow Cooker Butter Chicken Bake (Easy 4-Ingredient Version)
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or about 700–800g diced chicken)
1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
1 can (10.5 oz / 300g) cream of chicken soup
1 package (8 oz / 225g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
Dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place them in the slow cooker.
Pour the melted butter over the chicken.
Add the dry Italian dressing mix.
Spoon in the cream of chicken soup.
Add the cream cheese on top.
Cover and cook:
Low for 5–6 hours, or
High for 3–4 hours
Stir well during the last 30 minutes so the cream cheese blends into a creamy sauce.
