Easy Creamy Party Chicken Bake
This quick, crowd-pleasing casserole is rich, creamy, and perfect for busy nights or potlucks.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 6 chicken thighs)
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup crushed buttery crackers (like Ritz)
3 tablespoons melted butter
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish and place the chicken in a single layer.
In a bowl, mix:
cream of chicken soup
sour cream
ranch seasoning
garlic powder
black pepper
1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese
Spread this creamy mixture evenly over the chicken.
In another bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter, then sprinkle over the top.
Add the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and bubbly.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
