Ingredients:
1 medium head of garlic (about 8β10 cloves)
1 small jar of raw honey (about 200β300 g)
Instructions:
Peel the garlic cloves and lightly crush or chop them.
Let the garlic sit for 10β15 minutes after crushing (this helps activate its natural compounds).
Place the garlic in a clean glass jar.
Pour honey over the garlic until it is completely covered.
