Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups chicken broth
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 packet dry onion soup mix
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix together the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, uncooked rice, and dry onion soup mix.
Pour the mixture over the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
Once cooked, shred the chicken slightly with two forks and stir everything together.
Serve hot in bowls and enjoy!
