Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍪
Ingredients
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1 large egg yolk
2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix flour and baking soda.
In another bowl, combine melted butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Add vanilla, salt, egg, and egg yolk. Mix well.
Gradually stir in the dry ingredients.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop dough onto baking tray, leaving space between cookies.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are golden.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Soft, chewy, and loaded with chocolate chips 🍫
