1 packet onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth (or chicken broth for chicken)

Instructions
Place the meat in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the top.
Pour in the cream of mushroom soup and broth.
If using potatoes or carrots, add them around the meat.
Cover and cook on low for 7–8 hours or high for 4–5 hours.
