Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Chicken
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 blocks (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker (crock pot).
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper over the chicken.
Add the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
Place the cream cheese blocks on top of the chicken.
Cover and cook on:
LOW for 6–7 hours, or
HIGH for 3–4 hours
Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir everything together until the cream cheese creates a rich, creamy sauce.
Serve over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes.
Extra Tip
You can also add mushrooms, spinach, or bacon bits for even more flavor.
