Ingredients
3–4 lbs beef ribs
1 Β½ cups barbecue sauce
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Β½ teaspoon chili powder (optional)
Instructions
Lightly grease the slow cooker or spray with nonstick spray.
Place sliced onions on the bottom of the slow cooker.
Season the beef ribs with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and chili powder.
Arrange the ribs over the onions.
In a bowl, mix:
barbecue sauce
brown sugar
Worcestershire sauce
apple cider vinegar
minced garlic
Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the ribs.
Cover and cook:
Low: 7–8 hours
High: 4–5 hours
