Ingredients
1.5–2 kg beef chuck roast (or pot roast)
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can (300–400 ml) cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
Place the beef roast in your slow cooker.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the top.
Spread the cream of mushroom soup over the roast.
Cover and cook on:
Low: 8–9 hours
High: 4–5 hours
Once tender, shred or slice and serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or vegetables.
