Easy Brownies 🍫
Ingredients
1/2 cup (115 g) butter, melted
1 cup (200 g) sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup (40 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup (65 g) all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Optional Add-ins
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Instructions
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Grease and line a small baking pan (about 8×8 inch / 20×20 cm).
In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, and whisk well.
Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Let cool before cutting into squares.
Tip
For extra fudgy brownies, do not overbake!
