Family-Favorite Baked Stuffed Biscuits
These easy, cozy biscuits are perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dinner—and yes, everyone asks for seconds!
Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
1 lb (450 g) ground beef or breakfast sausage
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 teaspoon parsley (optional, for topping)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet or lightly grease it.
Cook the meat
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or sausage until browned. Drain excess grease.
Make the filling
Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until creamy and well combined.
Flatten biscuits
Separate biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a small circle.
Fill and seal
Spoon filling into the center of each biscuit. Fold edges up and pinch tightly to seal.
Bake
Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter.
Cook for 13–15 minutes
Bake until golden brown and puffed.
Finish
Sprinkle with parsley if desired and serve warm.
