Creamy Family-Favorite Chicken Bake Recipe
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
2 cups cooked rice
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and lightly brown the chicken for 2–3 minutes per side (it will finish cooking in the oven).
Spread cooked rice evenly in the baking dish. Add broccoli over the rice.
In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, and half of the cheddar cheese.
Pour the creamy mixture over the rice and broccoli.
Place browned chicken breasts on top.
Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese and Parmesan over everything.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and chicken is fully cooked.
