Ingredients:
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds (optional)
Instructions:
If using whole flaxseeds, lightly grind them (this helps your body absorb nutrients).
Mix all the seeds together in a jar.
Store in an airtight container.
How to Use:
Add 1–2 tablespoons daily to:
Yogurt
Smoothies
Oatmeal
Salads
