🛒 Ingredients
1–1.5 kg beef roast (chuck roast or similar cut)
1 packet onion soup mix
1 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)
👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
Place the beef roast in a baking dish.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the meat.
Pour the cream over everything.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the meat is very tender.
Spoon the creamy sauce over the meat before serving.

Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or bread to soak up the sauce.
