🧀 Low-Carb Cheesy Egg Bake (No Flour)
Ingredients:
4 eggs
100 g cream cheese (softened)
1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
1 tbsp butter or olive oil
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Optional: chopped spinach, herbs, or cooked chicken
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.
Add the cream cheese and mix well (it’s okay if slightly lumpy).
Stir in shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
Pour into a greased baking dish or small pan.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until set and golden on top.
Let it cool slightly, then slice and enjoy.
