Crispy 3-Ingredient Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops recipe ๐ง๐ฅฉ

2โ4 pork chops (boneless or bone-in)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1โ2 eggs
(Optional but not counted: salt, pepper, garlic powder for extra flavor)
๐จโ๐ณ Instructions
Prep the pork chops Pat them dry with paper towels. Lightly season with salt and pepper if you want.
Make the coating
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Put the grated Parmesan in another bowl or plate.
Coat the chops
Dip each pork chop into the egg.
Then press firmly into the Parmesan until fully coated.
Cook Choose one method:
๐ฅ Pan-fry (crispiest):
Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook 4โ5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
๐ฝ๏ธ Oven:
Bake at 200ยฐC (400ยฐF) for 20โ25 minutes.
Flip halfway for even crispiness.
๐ Air fryer:
190ยฐC (375ยฐF) for 12โ15 minutes, flipping halfway.
