🛒 Ingredients:
300 g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
2 large cucumbers (thinly sliced)
½ red onion (thinly sliced)
½ cup plain yogurt (or mayonnaise for richer taste)
2 tbsp sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)
1 clove garlic (minced)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp olive oil
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Cook the shrimp
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add shrimp, season lightly with salt & pepper.
Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and fully cooked.
Remove and let cool.
Prepare vegetables
Slice cucumbers and red onion thinly.
If cucumbers are watery, lightly salt them and let sit 10 minutes, then drain.
Make the creamy dressing
In a bowl, mix yogurt (or mayo), sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
Combine everything
Add cooled shrimp, cucumbers, and onions into the dressing.
Toss gently until everything is well coated.
Chill & serve
Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes for best flavor.
Serve cold.
