Ingredients:
1 box brownie mix (any brand, ~400–450g)
2 large eggs
1/4 cup (60 ml) vegetable oil
Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips, nuts, or white chocolate chunks
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix brownie mix, eggs, and oil until a thick dough forms.
Fold in any extras (chocolate chips, nuts, etc.) if using.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them on the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
Bake for 8–10 minutes (they’ll look slightly underbaked—that’s perfect).
Let cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring.
Tips:
For fudgier cookies, bake closer to 8 minutes.
For slightly crisp edges, go closer to 10–11 minutes.
Sprinkle a little sea salt on top right after baking for a bakery-style touch.
