700 g β 1 kg beef chunks (or chicken breasts/thighs)
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream (or plain yogurt as a substitute)
Β½ cup beef broth (or water)

Place the meat in your slow cooker (or a pot on very low heat).
In a bowl, mix:
Cream of mushroom soup
Sour cream
Onion soup mix
Broth
